Learning Reiki is a unique journey because it is a very personal one!
Anyone can learn this simple system of natural healing, we welcome you to start or deepen your knowledge with me. This learning path is based on a harmonious integration of both Japanese and Western traditions. I invite you to begin or deepen your understanding of Reiki by joining the courses I offer, either in person, in the beautiful location of Zambrone, Calabria in Southern Italy, or through live online courses.
The energy of Reiki is universal: it knows no boundaries of space, time, or matter. Therefore, whether you choose to attend an in-person or an online course, the effectiveness of the teachings and the energy transmitted remains unchanged. The only difference will be that, at the end of an online course, we won’t be able to share a physical hug, but the energetic connection will be just as strong and profound.
Over the past few years, I have had the privilege to train 17 students, either in person or online. Each teaching experience has been unique and extraordinary, helping to create a network of passionate Reiki practitioners. My mission is not just to pass on the healing technique, but also to build a true community of Reiki practitioners, especially in my beloved Calabria, united by the desire for spiritual growth and well-being.
Every step along this path is an opportunity for inner evolution, and I invite you to embark on this journey with me. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, you will find a welcoming and inspiring environment, where Reiki is seen as a way of positive transformation, for both yourself and others.
Mikao Usui seems to have often customised his teaching to meet the individual requirements of his students, however nowadays reiki is taught on three levels.
Reiki Level 1- the beginner’s teachings (Shoden in Japanese) which includes:
attunements;
basic palm-healing techniques;
breathing, cleansing and meditation techniques;
the Reiki Principles.
Reiki Level 2- the deeper teachings (Okuden in Japanese) which includes:
attunements;
advanced and more intuitive palm-healing techniques;
more breathing and meditation;
a deeper look at the principles;
three symbols and mantras;
requirements for practicing reiki professionally.
Master/Teacher Level (Shinpiden-the mystery teachings) or (Shihan- Teacher) which includes:
a master attunement;
even more breathing and meditation;
a deeper look at all teachings from previous levels;
the Master symbol and mantra;
how to give attunements/reiju;
how to teach Reiki.
