I have undertaken five Reiki distant healing sessions with Alessandra during summer 2020. It was a very good decision because it very much helped me to better manage my anxiety and stress caused by work and by the C-19 pandemic.

I have noticed that those sessions have helped me feeling more dynamic and positive and literally changed my mood and approach towards stress. In fact, before the treatments I was feeling overwhelmed and locked in a cage but sessions by sessions my feelings and approach towards work and life in general changed and became more positive and helped me approaching life with positivity, self-confidence and way less anxiety.
