A guided session through which you will simply practice being in nature and deeply connecting with it through all your senses. Please note that it is not a walk or a hike. Sessions are currently performed in Calabria (Southern Italy).

Various medical researches have proven that practicing at least two hours of Forest Bathing (Shirin Yoku in Japanese) can:

lower stress;

reduce blood pressure and blood-sugar levels;

boost the immune system;

increase anti-cancer protein production;

improve concentration and memory;

lift depression.

The cost will be based on location and duration of the event.
