Mindfulness Now Programme
The Mindfulness Now (MN) is an eight week programme performed on either one-to-one or group sessions. The programme is offered for stress reduction, anxiety, panic attacks, emotional trauma and pain control.
The MN programme is specially tailored to meet the needs of the individual or group of people and can simply be integrated with other therapeutic approaches.
The MN provides a fusion of mindfulness-based approaches, including the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and includes an initial detailed individual assessment, homework, weekly group meditation sessions, an open-ended teaching and support agenda and also a “gift”, which usually consists of a day or half day mindfulness retreat at the end of the eight weeks.
After the initial first session, which takes approximately 1 hour and a half and includes a client intake, each session lasts 45 minutes on a weekly basis. The corse is delivered on-line.
The cost of this eight week programme is £250.
The programme is approved by the British Psychological Society.
